I knew that the style pendant I get wouldn't necessarily be one of the ones in the picture, but they don't mention that a cross is one of the random styles sent out. That's too specific for some people, me included. I'm not Christian so I pretty much paid for something my daughter can never wear. The product itself is simple and decent for the price......the pendant changes colors and the cord is adjustable so that's great. I removed the cross and hung another pendant I had instead. It was too much of a hassle to exchange it.....It was only $2. So I kept the cord for the pendant I had before and ordered another one, but if I get a cross again, I'll definitely exchange it!!! It would be good if the consumer has a choice of pendant they want.
